Carthage ISD will dismiss students early at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17 to allow buses to run regular routes before traveling to the football playoff game in Mount Pleasant. Lunch will be served prior to dismissal and buses will begin afternoon routes at 1 p.m. GO DAWGS!
